Atheris – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products from Atheris, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Products

All products are sold as high-purity chemical or rare-earth materials intended for industrial, research, or educational purposes.

Product specifications (purity, grade, packaging) are detailed in each listing.

Any images or descriptions are for illustrative purposes; minor variations may occur.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders must be placed through authorized channels (website, email, or approved marketplaces).

Payment must be made via approved methods (e.g., Wire Transfer, Money Order, Cashier’s Check).

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received and verified.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice.

Shipping costs, taxes, and any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times depend on location, carrier, and product availability.

Atheris is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen events.

Buyers are responsible for accurate shipping information.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of chemical and rare-earth materials, returns are accepted only in case of defective or incorrect items, with prior approval.

Buyers must provide proof of defect (photos, COA discrepancies, etc.) before a return is authorized.

Refunds will be issued after inspection and confirmation of the issue.

7. Safety & Handling

All products are intended for trained personnel in controlled environments.

Buyers are responsible for safe storage, handling, and disposal of materials.

Atheris provides COA, MSDS, and safety documentation with all shipments.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atheris is not liable for any damages, losses, or accidents arising from the misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products.

Maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and product images on Atheris platforms are owned by Atheris and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction.
